Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 2025 – Fidha Sharaf has joined PAY10 as Head of Human Resources, taking on a critical role in driving the company’s strategic HR initiatives, scaling HR operations, and supporting PAY10’s rapid global growth. Fidha will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, attracting top talent, and strengthening the organizational foundation to enable the company’s continued expansion across international markets.
Before joining PAY10, Fidha served as Regional HR Head at Geidea for over four years in Dubai, where she built strong relationships and drove HR operations for a fast-growing fintech company. Her expertise covered HR policies, payroll, talent acquisition, team management, and compliance in high-growth, technology-driven environments.

Prior to Geidea, Fidha held the position of Head of Human Resources, Middle East at Wirecard in Dubai. In this role, she led HR project management and talent management initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with business growth in the region. She also served as Talent Management & Acquisition Advisor for the Middle East and India, contributing to robust recruitment and HR solutions.
Earlier, Fidha gained extensive experience in talent acquisition with Cielo Talent and Moorland Gray in Dubai, where she specialized in executive search and recruitment research across Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Her earlier roles at Boyden further strengthened her foundation in executive search and HR consulting for global clients. She began her career in technical support at Lexmark International, Inc. in Bangalore.
