Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2025 – Fiona Quinn has been appointed as Chief People Officer at BPG Group, where she will lead the company’s human resources strategy, talent development, and culture enhancement initiatives. In her new capacity, she will focus on aligning the company’s people agenda with its business objectives to foster organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
Fiona has been with BPG Group for nearly two years, most recently serving as President of Cloudworks. During this time, she was instrumental in driving business growth and transformation initiatives while leading a diverse team. She played a critical role in talent development and strategic decision-making for the organization’s long-term success.
Prior to her current tenure, Fiona served as CEO of BPG Orange for approximately one and a half years, where she successfully merged three core business units—advertising, PR, and social media—into a unified integrated service. She led the restructuring process, developed a cohesive strategy, and implemented talent development programs, strengthening the organization’s operational efficiency.
Earlier, Fiona was the CEO of BPG Kuwait for approximately seven years, where she expanded the agency’s client portfolio and drove it to a top-three market position. Her focus on business strategy, P&L management, and team development led to sustained profitability and growth in the Kuwait market.
Before joining BPG Group, Fiona held the role of Marketing & Product Development Manager at Gulf Bank for around seven years. In this role, she was responsible for product conceptualization, customer acquisition strategies, and market analysis, playing a key role in developing innovative banking products and managing large-scale marketing initiatives.
