Mumbai, India, December 2025 — Flavy Sequeira has joined PwC Acceleration Center India as Director – Learning and Development, stepping into a strategic role aimed at boosting the firm’s talent development and capability-building agenda. With deep expertise in learning design, managerial capability programs, and blended learning, she is expected to play a key role in shaping learning journeys for PwC’s global delivery centers in India.
Before taking on this new challenge in December 2025, Sequeira spent nearly six years at BNP Paribas, rising to the position of Vice President – Learning and Development. There she led high-potential (Hi‑Po) talent development, business-learning partnerships, and managerial capability programs, and also contributed to HR business partnering and talent acquisition.
Her prior experience includes more than six years at KPMG India in learning & development roles, where she managed onboarding, digital learning, assessment centres, performance improvement, and business‑learning partnerships. Early in her career, she also held HR roles at Tata Communications Ltd., giving her a broad foundation in talent development, HR operations and learning management.
Sequeira’s background is strengthened by her academic credentials from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where she completed a Women Leadership Program focused on Strategic Leadership and Communication. Her track record across global and Indian firms, combined with her skill in building learning ecosystems, positions her well to lead PwC Acceleration Center’s L&D efforts during a critical growth and delivery‑excellence phase.
