Prior to her tenure at HSBC, Bosi was deeply involved in HR management at Lloyds Banking Group, where she held several roles including HR Director for Retail Bank, Insurance, and Group Operations from 2014 to 2020. Her work there included overseeing HR initiatives that supported the bank’s retail and insurance arms, as well as group operations, significantly influencing the workforce dynamics across the organization.
Before joining Lloyds, Bosi was at Virgin Money where she rose from Senior HR Business Partner to Chief of Staff between January 2012 and August 2014. Here, she played a key role in strategic HR decisions during a period of significant transformation and growth for the company.
