She will now build an AI-powered culture operating system designed to strengthen relationships and boost belonging for remote teams. Using advanced AI technology, Hoogly helps remote employees connect on a deeper level through its proprietary virtual relationship coach, Venn. This tool helps employees engage in meaningful, respectful exchanges that foster stronger connections within teams.
The new role will allow her to combine her experience with AI product innovation and human-centric leadership to contribute to Hoogly’s mission of redefining the future of work.
