San Francisco, USA, May 2024 – Forrest Kitlas has taken on a new role as Vice President, HR Business Partnership at OneTrust. With extensive experience in HR management and leadership, Forrest brings a wealth of knowledge to this new position. He is looking forward to this new responsibility and opportunity to work with such a talented team.
Forrest’s most recent role was at HR SMB, where he served as Owner. During his nine-month tenure, he provided key structural and strategic Human Resources consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses, helping them plan for stability, scale, and profitability.
Before HR SMB, Forrest worked at LeaseLock as Vice President, People for over a year. In this role, he created the entire HR infrastructure to allow growth, stability, and a path to profitability. He was responsible for implementing various HR processes and compliance measures and managed ADP PEO relationships.
Forrest also served as Director, HR Business Partner at Twilio Inc. for over three years. He successfully supported the growth of Twilio from 1,500 employees to over 7,500 employees. His responsibilities included strategic org design, employee relations, succession planning, and performance management.
Earlier in his career, Forrest was with ForUsAll as Head of People for a year. He was part of the leadership team and was responsible for talent acquisition, HRIS implementation, HR compliance, benefits & compensation, and more.
