Gareth has been with McKinsey & Company for over eight years, holding pivotal roles in people and professional development. He recently served as the Associate Director and Head of Professional Development (UK, Ireland & Israel), where he spearheaded strategies to enhance leadership capabilities and consulting excellence. Before that, he was the Head of Professional Development, driving impactful programs for talent growth and development.

Prior to his focus on people development, Gareth contributed to McKinsey’s Healthcare Systems & Services Practice as a Practice Expert and Specialist, where he provided strategic insights and consulting services to clients in the healthcare sector.

Earlier in his career, Gareth held several leadership positions at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, including Deputy Head of Operations and General Manager of the Paediatric & Adolescent Division, where he demonstrated exceptional operational leadership and management capabilities. His foundational expertise stems from his tenure as a Senior Clinical Scientist at the Royal Free NHS Trust, showcasing his dedication to healthcare and public service.
