Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, December 2024 – Prof. (Dr.) Pramod Kumar Misra has been appointed as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at PRA India Private Limited. In his new role, Prof. Misra will lead the HR function across the organization, driving strategic initiatives, workforce transformation, and leadership development to align with the company’s growth objectives.
With over 25 years of diverse experience spanning academia and industry, Prof. Misra has demonstrated excellence in human resource management, talent development, and organizational growth strategies.

Prof. (Dr.) Pramod Kumar Misra most recently served as Senior Vice President – HR at Rodic Consultants Private Limited, where he led HR operations and implemented innovative employee engagement initiatives.
Prior to this, he spent over four years at G R Infraprojects Limited as Head of Talent Management, spearheading strategic talent acquisition, training programs, and performance management systems to enhance organizational capabilities.
Prof. Misra also held leadership roles at Simplex Infrastructures Limited, where he served for nearly 14 years as Joint General Manager (HRD). His key contributions included workforce planning, comprehensive training programs, and implementing innovative HR processes.
He brings a wealth of academic experience as Director & Professor at NICMAR, where he conducted management development programs and contributed to academic administration.
