Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Garima Garg has been appointed as CHRO Manufacturing at ReNew, where she will lead the human resources strategy for manufacturing operations, focusing on talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation. With extensive experience in HR leadership across diverse industries, she will play a crucial role in strengthening ReNew’s manufacturing workforce and driving a culture of innovation.
Prior to this role, Garima Garg held multiple leadership positions at ReNew over the past four years, including Senior Vice President and Head HR Solar Projects and Manufacturing, Senior Vice President and Head HR Projects and O&M, and Vice President HR and Talent Head. Throughout her tenure, she was instrumental in building and scaling HR capabilities for large-scale solar projects, operations, and talent acquisition, contributing to ReNew’s expansion in the clean energy sector.

Before joining ReNew, Garima served as Director at Deloitte, where she worked on HR transformation and leadership development projects. She also spent nearly six years at Korn Ferry Hay Group, specializing in talent and leadership consulting. Her earlier career includes roles at PwC, HSBC, and Genpact, where she gained expertise in learning and development, people strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
