Geena Binoy Appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Tata Technologies

Pune, India, September 2024 – Tata Technologies, a leading global engineering and product development digital services company, has announced the appointment of Ms. Geena Binoy as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective from September 10, 2024. Geena, a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, previously led global delivery for Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) and will now be instrumental in steering the company’s human resources strategy, with a focus on talent supply chain and talent development to support Tata Technologies’ ambitious growth plans.

This leadership transition emphasizes Tata Technologies’ commitment to nurturing and developing internal talent, building on the progress made under Pawan Bhageria, the outgoing HR leader who will now focus on expanding the company’s education initiatives.

In her new role, Geena will work to reinforce Tata Technologies’ culture of learning, innovation, and inclusivity, aligning the company’s talent strategies with its global expansion and the increasing demand for vehicle software engineering. As Tata Technologies enhances its capabilities in this area, Geena will aim to create a supportive environment for the next generation of vehicle software engineers and facilitate the company’s continued growth.
