United Arab Emirates, December 2024 – Gehad T. has taken on the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC). In this capacity, Gehad will oversee the company’s human resources strategy, driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation across its operations in the Middle East and North Africa region.
Before joining ACCBC, Gehad T. served as HR Director – Commercial (Beverage/Snacks) at PepsiCo, where they played a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for the commercial leadership team in North East Africa. During their three-year tenure, Gehad implemented policies and practices that fostered an inclusive culture, inspired employees, and supported the delivery of PepsiCo’s vision.
Prior to this, Gehad was HR Senior Manager – Supply Chain (Beverages/Snacks) at PepsiCo, where they managed a workforce of 7,000 employees across eight manufacturing sites, seven farms, and 50 distribution centers. Gehad led key HR initiatives, including workforce planning, culture transformation, and achieving operational KPIs, which earned PepsiCo’s “Best Plant” award globally.
In an earlier role, Gehad was Change Lead (Asia, Middle East, and Africa) at PepsiCo, driving the rollout of strategic projects across eight countries. This involved designing organizational structures, executing training programs, and aligning procurement processes, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
Gehad’s journey at PepsiCo also included serving as HR Manager for multiple functions, where they managed talent development, compensation, and transformation projects for over 1,750 employees. In their role as Plant HR Manager, they implemented innovative HR solutions to optimize organizational efficiency and foster people development.
