Geoffrey Friederich brings a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational development to his new role at Telesign. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources at CEVA Logistics. At CEVA, he led the global HR integration for the $3 billion acquisition of Ingram Micro’s Commerce & Lifecycle Services business, successfully managing the transition for 13,000 employees. His key achievements included developing and implementing a global communication plan, optimizing operational efficiency, and increasing critical talent retention by 95%.
Before his tenure at CEVA Logistics, Geoffrey spent nearly nine years at Ingram Micro, where he held several senior HR roles. As the Division Chief Human Resources Officer, he led the global human resources function for the Commerce & Lifecycle Services business. His leadership was instrumental in achieving $1.6 billion in revenue through M&A, implementing a comprehensive people strategy for a global workforce, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, Geoffrey served as the Executive Director of Corporate Human Resources, leading the HR function for Ingram Micro’s Cloud division and Global Business Services.
Geoffrey’s earlier career includes significant roles at ADP, where he was the Senior Director of Human Resources. He led all HR functions for a 7,000-employee division, aligned HR strategies with business goals, and managed multiple acquisitions. His career began at Ingram Micro, where he was recruited as the Human Resources Manager and supported the sales organization. He also held the position of EEO & Employee Relations Supervisor at Farmers Insurance, ensuring legal compliance and managing employee relations activities.
