Prior to joining Nemours, George served as Director Talent Acquisition at Crozer Health for over three years. He led the talent acquisition function for Delaware County’s largest healthcare system, aligning recruitment with business goals using a data-driven and people-focused approach. His initiatives reduced time-to-fill significantly and introduced innovative hiring event platforms that boosted job offer rates. He also played a key role in onboarding processes and behavioral interview training.

Before Crozer Health, George held leadership positions at Temple Health – Temple University Health System, where he spent nearly six years. He began as Talent Acquisition Manager supporting Fox Chase Cancer Center and Temple University Hospital, before being elevated to Talent Acquisition Manager – Operations. There, he managed recruitment across operational departments and championed stakeholder-focused service delivery and technology integration in hiring.

George’s earlier career includes nearly nine years at Power Home Remodeling Group, where he grew from a Sales Executive to Senior Recruiter. He was responsible for recruiting marketing and sales professionals and led high-volume recruitment campaigns with exceptional results. He also served as a mentor to new recruiters and managed key territory staffing efforts.

He began his recruiting career at Pathfinders, Inc. as an Account Manager, where he developed new client territories and led a team of recruiters. His early career also included a stint at TV Guide Magazine as a Scheduling Reporter, building his foundational communication and coordination skills.
