Salzburg, Austria, July 2024 – Gerald Senn has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at MACO Group. In his new role, Gerald will be responsible for leading the HR function, driving HR transformation, and fostering a culture of innovation and engagement within the company.
Gerald Senn brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership and organizational development to his new role at MACO Group. Before joining MACO, Gerald served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at NEVEON. In this role, he led the HR function across multiple geographies, focusing on organizational development, HR transformation, and global talent management.
Prior to his tenure at NEVEON, Gerald held the position of HR Director at Greiner Foam International GmbH, where he was responsible for strategic HR initiatives, global team leadership, and fostering a culture of excellence. His experience also includes serving as the Head of HR Borealis NITRO at Borealis, where he focused on HR transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Gerald’s earlier roles include Senior HR Advisor at International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), and Vice President Human Capabilities at Borouge. He also served as the Head of People Development at Borealis AG, where he was instrumental in driving talent development and organizational growth.
Additionally, Gerald has a strong background in HR management, having served as the Head of Human Resources at OMV R&M GmbH, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries including Austria, Germany, and CEE.
