Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2024 – Anusha Rao has been appointed as the Vice President Talent Strategy at Accenture. With over 18 years of extensive experience in human resources and talent management, Anusha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
Anusha Rao has been with Accenture for approximately 2 years and 2 months. Prior to her current role, she served as the Vice President Human Resources at Accenture, where she led HR initiatives to support the company’s strategic goals and fostered a high-performance culture.
Before joining Accenture, Anusha worked at SUN PHARMA for nearly 5 years and 7 months. She served as the Global HR Business Partner for Quality & Compliance and Organization Development, leading talent interventions and people strategies for the function globally. Her previous roles at SUN PHARMA included HR Business Partner for global corporate functions and corporate HR business partner for Quality teams across multiple countries.
Anusha’s earlier career includes nearly 5 years at Axis Risk Consulting – A Genpact Company as an Employee Relations Manager, where she led talent management initiatives across multiple geographies and developed HR leading practices across the H2R cycle. She also spent about 6 years and 4 months at Accenture Services Private Limited as a Human Resources Specialist, where she was responsible for resource planning, performance management, employee integration, capability development, and employee engagement.
