Gianna brings over 20 years of strategic HR leadership experience across global technology, fintech, and SaaS organizations. She is known for her ability to blend strategic people vision with operational rigor, shaping cultures where innovation, belonging, and business performance thrive in harmony.
In her new role at OpenTable, Gianna will lead all facets of the People & Culture function, focusing on cultivating an inclusive, high-performance environment aligned with OpenTable’s mission—empowering human connection through the universal joy of dining. Her appointment reflects OpenTable’s continued investment in building a purpose-driven, people-centered culture across its global operations.
Prior to joining OpenTable, Gianna Driver served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Exabeam, where she played a key role in its merger with LogRhythm (Thoma Bravo) and led major transformation efforts in culture, compensation governance, and leadership development. Under her leadership, Exabeam was named one of Newsweek’s “Most Loved Workplaces” for two consecutive years.
Before Exabeam, she was Chief People Officer at BlueVine, a leading fintech company, where she built a global HR infrastructure from the ground up, implemented data-driven compensation structures, and launched the company’s first Diversity & Inclusion Council and CSR initiative, BlueVine Cares.
Earlier in her career, Gianna served as Vice President of HR for Digital and D&D Divisions at Aristocrat Gaming, overseeing M&A talent integrations and cultural transformation across global teams. She also held HR leadership roles at Actian, Talend, and Balsam Brands, where she focused on scaling organizations, building leadership pipelines, and strengthening employee engagement across multiple regions.
Gianna is also a Board Advisor at Pyn and a CPO Council Member at Lattice, where she collaborates with global HR innovators to shape the future of people strategy. Recognized among HR Executive’s Top 100 HR Tech Influencers, she has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and HR Daily Advisor for her thought leadership in pay transparency, DEIB, and culture transformation.
