Israel, August 2024 – Gili Groner has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Allot. In this role, Gili will be responsible for leading the company’s HR strategy, fostering a dynamic organizational culture, and supporting Allot’s global growth and development objectives.
Gili Groner brings extensive HR leadership experience to Allot, having most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Vesttoo for nearly two years. During her tenure, she successfully managed HR operations in a rapidly expanding environment, established HR infrastructure, and navigated the company through both significant growth and challenging times, including global expansion and crisis management.
Prior to Vesttoo, Gili was the Head of HR for Bayer Israel for almost six years. In this role, she played a strategic part in managing HR during key mergers, including the Monsanto integration in Israel. She was responsible for aligning HR strategies with corporate goals and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle during a period of significant organizational change.
Earlier in her career, Gili held the position of HR Director at Perion Network, where she provided strategic HR support and leadership within the Growmobile division. She focused on aligning HR initiatives with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and developing talent acquisition and development strategies.
Gili’s extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where she held various HR leadership roles, including VP of HR Business Partner for Global Quality & Biologics Operations. Over her nine-year career at Teva, she led HR strategies for large divisions, managed global HR operations, and played a key role in organizational development and strategic HR planning.
