London, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Gino Conti has been appointed as the Vice President, Human Resources at Cencora. In this role, Gino will lead the global HR operations for the company, driving talent strategies that align with Cencora’s business objectives and fostering a strong culture of leadership and employee engagement.
Prior to this role, Gino served as Senior Director, Human Resources at Cencora, where he led the HR strategy for the organization’s operations in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. His responsibilities included overseeing HR operations and talent management initiatives to support business growth.
Before joining Cencora, Gino spent over four years at Ford Motor Company, where he held several senior HR positions. Most recently, he was HR Director, Finance, based in Dearborn, Michigan, United States. In this role, he provided strategic HR leadership to the finance division, driving organizational effectiveness and talent development.
At Ford, Gino also served as HR Director, Advanced Technology & Embedded Systems, where he managed HR strategies for the company’s tech and embedded systems functions. Additionally, he was HR Manager for North American customer segments and the Ford Pro commercial business.
Earlier in his career, Gino spent over five years at Nissan Motor Corporation in Farmington Hills, Michigan, United States, where he worked as an HR Business Partner. His responsibilities included supporting the HR needs of various technical and manufacturing teams across North America and Brazil.
