Prior to this appointment, Glenn Feldman served as International Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Lockton for nearly five years. He played a pivotal role in aligning global IT operations with Lockton’s growth objectives, focusing on scalable program delivery, business continuity, and IT innovation across multiple geographies.

Before joining Lockton, he was the Head of IT, LSM International at Liberty Specialty Markets, where he led the delivery of technology services to the underwriting business. Glenn was responsible for aligning corporate and regional IT strategies, enhancing service quality, and driving operational efficiency through a combination of business-as-usual and change management initiatives.

Glenn spent over two decades at Chubb, where he rose through the ranks from System Tester to EMEA Head of IT, Consumer Lines. Over his 21-year tenure, he led multi-skilled application development teams, testing and support functions, and IT service delivery across Europe. His leadership spanned consumer insurance lines such as accident & health, specialty personal lines, and high-net-worth segments.

He began his career at NIG Commercial, serving as an Underwriter and Systems Tester for over eight years. Initially joining as a trainee underwriting clerk, he later undertook software testing, market research, and a variety of roles that bridged insurance and technology.
