Princeton, New Jersey, United States, October 2025 — Jang Bahadur has joined Onix as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a new chapter in his distinguished global HR leadership journey. In his new role, Jang will focus on building a people-first, digital-ready, and innovation-driven talent strategy that aligns with Onix’s growth ambitions. He will work closely with the leadership team to design an agile and human-centric ecosystem that integrates business goals with employee potential, emphasizing flexible, skills-based teams, AI-driven capabilities, and empathetic leadership.
Before joining Onix, Jang had a long and impactful 11-year tenure at Birlasoft, where he served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources (North Americas). In this role, he was responsible for driving strategic HR operations across regions, enhancing talent engagement, and supporting organizational transformation initiatives across global delivery centers. His leadership at Birlasoft was marked by his ability to integrate people strategy with business outcomes and champion a culture of innovation.
Prior to Birlasoft, he worked with L&T Infotech (LTI) as Assistant Vice President, leading HR operations and talent initiatives for North America. His role involved strategic workforce management and establishing scalable HR frameworks to support rapid business growth.
Earlier in his career, Jang was part of Mphasis (an HP Company), where he managed HR for North America, playing a key role in shaping the region’s talent acquisition, performance, and development strategies. His experience across multiple technology organizations has equipped him with deep expertise in global human capital management, risk management, and leadership development.
Jang holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) with a specialization in International HR from Rutgers University, underscoring his global academic foundation in people and organizational strategy.
