Before joining Alethea, Glenn Lemons served for nearly nine years at Flashpoint, most recently as Chief Intelligence Officer, where he led global intelligence strategy and guided teams in helping governments, enterprises, and critical institutions stay ahead of a rapidly evolving threat landscape. His leadership at Flashpoint strengthened cross-functional capabilities across cyber threat intelligence, fraud, national security, vulnerability management, and corporate protection.
Prior to Flashpoint, Glenn served at Citi as Senior Vice President, Citigroup Cyber Intelligence Center, where he played a critical role in advancing enterprise-wide cyber intelligence functions and enhancing organizational readiness against global digital threats. His work helped shape coordinated responses to intelligence-driven security issues across one of the world’s largest financial institutions.
Earlier, Glenn held the position of Senior Intelligence Officer for Cyber at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence and Analysis, where he delivered national intelligence assessments and supported federal cybersecurity missions. Before DHS, he served as Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst and Chief of the Asia-Pacific Branch at United States Cyber Command, overseeing threat analysis during the critical transition from JTF-GNO to the establishment of USCYBERCOM.
Glenn began his distinguished career with the United States Air Force, serving over 21 years in progressively senior roles where he developed deep expertise in cyber operations, intelligence, and national security—forming the foundation of his long-standing commitment to protecting critical systems and institutions.
