Multi-phased hiring strategy with two offices – including Noida with forecasted 250+ employees and Pune with 100+ employees by 2026.
Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, November 2025 — DAMAC Group, a leading UAE based conglomerate with an extensive international footprint, has announced the launch of its new global services arm, DAMAC Shared Services India (DSSI). Strategic capability centres in Noida and Pune will enhance the Group’s global operations through world-class talent and integrated support services, leveraging India’s world-class technology, digital, and business services talent base.
The centres will play a critical role in core business functions, including finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR, projects, commercial, digital and others. The offices will serve as innovation-driven hubs designed to accelerate efficiency, digital adoption, and customer-centricity within DAMAC’s international operational landscape. A multi-phased hiring strategy is underway, spanning two offices, including Noida with a forecasted 250 employees and Pune with 100+ employees by 2026.

Commenting on the launch, Hussain Sajwani, Founder of DAMAC Group, stated, “With DSSI, we are writing a new chapter in DAMAC’s global growth story. India’s talent ecosystem and technology readiness make it a strategic choice for our shared-services centre. We are committed to building high-performing teams by 2026, delivering leading services to support DAMAC’s global ambitions.”
India’s rapid rise as a global hub for technology and artificial intelligence strengthens the strategic rationale for DSSI. A Deloitte-Nasscom1 report projects India’s AI talent base to grow from roughly 600,000 to more than 1.25 million by 2027, while the AI services market is expected to expand at an annual rate of 25 to 35 percent.
M. P. John, Chief Human Capital Officer at DAMAC, said, “We are investing in India’s human-capital strengths and enabling a services centre that will transform how we work across regions. We look forward to building a culture of innovation, empowerment and global collaboration, right from our India hubs.”

At the heart of DAMAC Shared Services India is a commitment to three interconnected pillars: talent, opportunity and collaboration. Together, they form the foundation of a centre designed to strengthen DAMAC’s global operating model and unlock its next phase of growth. DSSI will tap into India’s exceptional talent pool, provide professionals with exposure to DAMAC’s international projects and create seamless alignment between India, the UAE and the Group’s wider global network. Building on this vision, DSSI will leverage India’s well-established talent pool to drive high-impact business solutions.
