Houston, Texas, United States, February 2026 – Goldi Goel has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at Empower Pharmacy. The company announced that Goldi joins at a pivotal moment as Empower continues investing in systems and platforms that power personalized medicine at scale.
In his new role, Goldi will lead Empower’s technology transformation, building an AI-forward platform grounded in strong governance, security, and reliability. His mandate includes enabling safe, compliant, and high-velocity compounding and manufacturing operations, while ensuring technology simplifies complexity and strengthens trust across the organization.
Prior to joining Empower, Goldi served as Head of Engineering/VP at Albertsons Companies, where he spearheaded the launch of the “Sincerely Health” digital eCommerce platform, driving rapid growth and earning the prestigious CIO100 award. Earlier at Amazon, he led engineering for Amazon Pharmacy, launching the end-to-end eCommerce experience and overseeing compliance and data privacy risk functions. His tenure also included leadership roles in Prime Video and Amazon Retail, where he drove global platform expansion and AI-powered automation initiatives.
Goldi’s earlier career spans senior engineering leadership at NVIDIA, Intel Corporation, RealNetworks, and other global technology firms, bringing more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology in highly regulated, high-growth environments.
