Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Tata Electronics ( A Tata Group Enterprise) has appointed Gowri Kustagi as Head of Talent Management & BHR- EMS. In this role, Gowri will oversee talent development strategies and lead HR operations for the EMS division, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision to foster a dynamic and innovative workplace culture.

In her earlier role as the Head of L&D and Leadership Development at ABB India, Gowri was instrumental in developing the company’s leadership capabilities, driving a learning culture, and ensuring alignment with the business’s evolving needs. Her work significantly contributed to the organization’s ability to meet its growth targets.
