In her expanded role, Grace will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, Public Relations, Recruiting, and Culture Development, playing a critical role in shaping a workplace culture that fuels Titan’s continued success.
Grace has been with Titan Commercial for over two years, most recently serving as Vice President of Administration, where she led administrative strategy and operational effectiveness. Her promotion reflects not only her performance but her strong influence on people development, strategic planning, and talent acquisition across the organization.

Before joining Titan, Grace served as AVP of Business Development at ESIS, Inc., where she led client growth initiatives and corporate partnerships. Prior to that, she held the role of Area Sales Manager at Genex Services, managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the Houston market.
Earlier in her career, she spent over five years at Mitchell International as a Sales Executive, where she focused on pharmacy benefit management for workers’ compensation programs. Her career began with a marketing-oriented role as Events & Social Media Coordinator at Colonial Country Club, where she developed member engagement strategies and event campaigns.
