Grace Kerrison Appointed as Senior Vice President, Korn Ferry Digital APAC

Singapore, April 2025 – Grace Kerrison has joined Korn Ferry’s Digital Solutions business as Senior Vice President for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the firm’s digital strategy and growth across APAC, helping clients evolve, grow, and lead transformation initiatives using Korn Ferry’s suite of digital solutions in leadership, succession, assessment, and workforce design.

In a heartfelt statement, Grace Kerrison shared: “Looking forward to partnering with clients across APAC to help them evolve, grow, and ‘be more than’. A heartfelt thank you to the leadership team and everyone at Korn Ferry for the warm welcome and support as I begin this exciting new chapter — I’m truly honoured to be part of the journey.”

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Grace served as Head of Sales Solutions – APAC at LinkedIn, where she led revenue and market growth across a diverse region including India, China, and Japan. Her leadership was instrumental in scaling LinkedIn’s presence and driving transformation in remote and hybrid B2B sales environments.

Before that, she was VP & Managing Director, Asia Pacific at pymetrics, where she led the region through significant growth during the company’s Series A to B funding journey. Her focus on AI-driven human capital solutions helped land several large enterprise clients and built pymetrics’ brand in the APAC region.

Earlier in her career, Grace held multiple senior leadership roles at Microsoft, including Director, Enterprise Partner Sales – Asia Pacific, Head of Microsoft Office Division – Australia, and Director – Mobile Communications Business – Australia. Across these roles, she led cloud transformation, partner enablement, and product strategy initiatives across both consumer and enterprise domains.

She also held positions at Cisco and Spark New Zealand, contributing to her rich background in go-to-market strategy, channel partnerships, and enterprise technology sales.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
