Margaret Bailey Appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Solutions 2 GO Inc.

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, September 2025 – Solutions 2 GO Inc., North America’s largest distributor of video game entertainment products, has announced the appointment of Margaret Bailey as Vice President Human Resources. With over two decades of senior HR leadership experience across multiple industries—including aerospace, manufacturing, and analytical services—Margaret steps into this role to drive the company’s people strategy across its fast-growing North American and Latin American operations.

Before joining Solutions 2 GO Inc., Margaret Bailey served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at AugmentHR, an IQ Partners company, where she supported organizations with HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development across diverse sectors during a high-growth and transitional period.

Previously, Margaret spent nearly seven years at MDA Space as Vice President Human Resources, where she led HR functions supporting advanced aerospace, robotics, and satellite technologies. Her tenure was marked by significant leadership in succession planning, compensation design, organizational development, and talent strategy aligned with innovation-driven business growth.

Before MDA, Margaret served as Vice President of Human Resources at Bureau Veritas Group for close to 11 years, overseeing HR for Canada’s leading network of analytical laboratories. She led employee engagement, benefits design, organizational restructuring, and HR strategy that supported national operations in the energy, food, and environmental sectors.

Earlier in her career, she held key HR leadership positions at Polyair, CFM Corporation, and Concord Elevator Inc, where she built a strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations across manufacturing and distribution organizations.
