Vail, Colorado, United States, January 2025 – Grace Zuncic has joined Manna Tree, a global private equity firm, as the Managing Director of Human Talent. In this role, Grace will lead talent and culture initiatives, focusing on recruitment, professional development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Her efforts aim to strengthen Manna Tree’s ability to attract top talent and support its expanding portfolio of innovative companies within the health and wellness ecosystem.
Prior to joining Manna Tree, Grace served as the Chief People and Impact Officer at Cotopaxi, where she guided the organization’s people and culture strategies. She also held the role of Senior Advisor at Cotopaxi, providing strategic leadership during a pivotal growth phase.

Grace’s career highlights include over a decade at Chobani, where she held various executive roles, including Chief People and Culture Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, and Chief of Staff & Strategy. Her contributions were instrumental in Chobani’s evolution from a startup to a leading industry player.
Earlier in her career, Grace worked at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Advisor and as a Senior Associate at PRTM, showcasing her diverse experience across finance, strategy, and human capital management.
