Bogotá, D.C., Capital District, Colombia, May 2025 – Graciela Gasch has taken on the role of Cluster Head Latin America, People Partner at Amadeus, where she will be responsible for steering the people strategy across multiple Latin American markets. In her new position, she will focus on delivering scalable HR strategies, enhancing operational excellence in people operations, and advising regional leadership to foster an inclusive and high-performance culture aligned with Amadeus’ business goals.
Graciela has been with Amadeus since May 2023, serving as People & Culture, Senior Manager for Latin America. In this role, she helped align HR practices with strategic business priorities and strengthened the employee experience across the region.

Before joining Amadeus, Graciela spent over 15 years at UPS, most recently as HR GEO Services Manager for the Andean, Central America & Caribbean regions. Here, she led HR operations for 12 countries, providing guidance on compliance, compensation, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Earlier at UPS, she held successive roles of increasing responsibility, including Human Resources Manager for the Andean & Central America countries and Area HR Manager for the Andean Countries, where she managed HR teams across five nations and drove initiatives in talent, performance, safety, and diversity.
Graciela began her HR leadership journey as HR Country Supervisor in Venezuela, where she handled end-to-end HR systems, recruitment, compensation, audits, and engagement activities over a tenure of more than six years.
