Praneeth joins Gravid Home with extensive experience spanning Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Capability Building across healthcare, technology, education, and consulting sectors. His appointment comes at a time when healthcare organizations are increasingly investing in workforce excellence, employee experience, and capability development to deliver superior patient outcomes.
At Gravid Home, Praneeth will lead the development and implementation of HR systems, governance frameworks, workforce planning initiatives, talent acquisition processes, learning ecosystems, performance management frameworks, and employee engagement programs. He will also focus on establishing competency-based development programs for both clinical and non-clinical teams, helping create a culture of empathy, accountability, teamwork, and service excellence aligned with the organization’s patient-centric philosophy.
Prior to joining Gravid Home, Praneeth served as Global Learning and Development Manager (CR Academy) at CriticalRiver Inc., where he led the global learning charter across multiple geographies and business units. In that role, he designed and implemented enterprise-wide learning frameworks, leadership development initiatives, training needs identification processes, learning analytics systems, and capability-building programs supporting more than 1,000 employees globally.
Earlier in his career, he held learning and talent development leadership positions with Invenio Business Solutions, Mind Map Consulting, Apollo Life, Nspira Management Services, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, and Yashoda Hospitals. Across these assignments, he developed expertise in training needs analysis, competency framework design, leadership development, learning strategy, performance improvement, organizational capability building, coaching, mentoring, training effectiveness measurement, and talent development initiatives.
His healthcare-sector experience is particularly noteworthy, having previously led Learning and Development initiatives at Yashoda Hospitals and Apollo Life, where he designed capability-building programs, induction frameworks, competency models, leadership development initiatives, and customer experience-focused training interventions for healthcare professionals.
