New York City Metropolitan Area, New York, United States, December 2025 — Rockefeller Group has appointed Gregory Noorigian as Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team with a seasoned global HR and talent leader. In his new role, Noorigian is responsible for leading the organization’s people strategy, executive talent agenda, leadership development, and culture initiatives in alignment with Rockefeller Group’s long-term growth and operational excellence objectives.
In his most recent role, Gregory Noorigian served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he spent over seven years in progressive leadership roles. As CHRO, he led enterprise-wide HR strategy, executive leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives across a complex, fast-scaling global platform supporting Blackstone’s real estate portfolio.
Prior to becoming CHRO, Noorigian held the role of Senior Vice President, Executive Talent & Development at Revantage, where he focused on building executive capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, and integrating talent strategy with business growth and governance priorities.
Earlier, he spent close to three years at PepsiCo, where he served as Vice President, Global Executive Talent Acquisition & North America Marketing Talent Acquisition, following an earlier role as Senior Director, Global Executive & North America Marketing Talent Acquisition. During this phase of his career, he led global executive hiring strategies and strengthened leadership talent acquisition across key commercial and marketing functions.
Before PepsiCo, Noorigian built deep expertise during nearly seven years at Pfizer, holding multiple senior leadership roles including Senior Director, Global Executive Recruitment, Sourcing and North America Talent Acquisition Lead, along with several director-level positions spanning executive recruitment and global talent acquisition. He began his executive search career at Russell Reynolds Associates, progressing from Executive Search and Assessment Associate to Consultant, after an earlier career in independent production management.
