Gurugram, India, August 2024 – Ravi Parkash has been appointed as the Group Head of Human Resources at GroupL Services.
Expressing his excitement, Ravi stated, “I will focus on cultural transformation by defining the organization’s vision, mission statement, and core values, alongside implementing business strategies for both short-term and long-term plans, ensuring these are effectively cascaded throughout the organization to drive a performance-driven culture.”
Before joining GroupL Services, Ravi Prakash served as Deputy General Manager at Tenon Group for nearly five years, where he was responsible for succession planning, people management, and skills development.
Prior to that, he was Deputy Manager HRD at UNO MINDA Group, where he focused on HR operations including training and development, recruitment, and performance management systems. Ravi also held roles at BEUMER India Pvt. Ltd., a German-based MNC, and Sandhar Components Ltd., where he gained extensive experience in HR functions, administration, and organizational development.
