In her new role, Vincek will be instrumental in leading the company’s human resources strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational growth.
Pam Vincek brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having spent a decade at KeyBanc Capital Markets as Senior Vice President, HRBP Manager. During her tenure, Vincek excelled in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, facilitating organizational change, and coaching senior executives on leadership and management behaviors. She was also pivotal in integrating HR activities across business areas, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and driving performance management processes.
Prior to her role at KeyBanc, Vincek was Vice President, HRBP at KeyCorp for nearly three years, where she served as a strategic business partner to executives, providing consultation on succession planning, leadership development, and organizational change management. Her efforts were crucial in enhancing the company’s organizational capability and improving business outcomes through effective HR interventions.
Vincek’s career also includes over a decade at MBNA America Bank, N.A., where she held various leadership roles, including Section Manager, Education Manager, and Division Compliance and Risk Officer. In these roles, she was responsible for managing senior credit analysts, implementing compliance training, and facilitating leadership development programs. Her work contributed significantly to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Earlier in her career, Vincek gained extensive experience in people management, process improvement, and organizational development through her roles at MBNA, where she also developed and implemented various HR strategies, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
