Haley Wright has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Fellers, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey. Wright took on her new role in April 2024 after a progressive tenure within the company, having previously served as Vice President of Human Resources since December 2022.
With a robust background in human resources spanning over a decade, Wright brings extensive experience to her new position at Fellers. Before her time at Fellers, she was the Human Resources Director at Overhead Door Corporation’s Access Systems Division, where she honed her skills in HR strategy and management across a broad operational scale from April 2017 to November 2022. Her role involved overseeing human resources practices that enhanced employee engagement and optimized organizational performance.
Prior to joining Overhead Door Corporation, Wright was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Abbott, following its acquisition of St. Jude Medical. Here, she played a crucial role in integrating and aligning HR strategies during the transition period. Her career also includes significant experience at Plastipak Packaging, Inc., where she contributed to the HR functions supporting the company’s North American and international manufacturing operations.
