Jakarta, Indonesia, September 2025 — Hani N has stepped into the role of Director of People & Culture at Pullman Jakarta Central Park, continuing her inspiring journey in the hospitality sector with a focus on talent strategy, engagement, and organizational development. In this new role, she is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s entire Talent and Culture landscape—from employer branding and recruitment to performance management, learning and development, DEI, compensation, and CSR initiatives.
Prior to this, Hani served for over six years as Director of Talent & Culture at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills, part of the Accor group, where she led multiple initiatives to enhance talent experience, cultural inclusion, and corporate social responsibility. During her tenure, she introduced several impactful programs including partnerships for food rescue and health awareness campaigns.
Before joining Pullman, she held HR leadership positions across several hotels including Mercure Jakarta Batavia, éL Royale Hotel Jakarta, and Ibis Jakarta Slipi, where she played an integral role in HR transformation, employee engagement, and brand repositioning efforts. Her HR expertise also spans roles at HIM Hotels, Archipelago International, and Discovery Hotels & Resorts, where she built foundational systems for recruitment, training, and industrial relations.
Earlier in her career, Hani built experience in corporate HR operations through roles at PT. Global Innovation Technology, and in banking through leadership positions at Bank Mega, PT. Bank Artha Media, and PT. Bank Arya Panduarta Tbk, laying the groundwork for her people-first approach to organizational success.
