Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, August 2025 – Hanna Dwyer has stepped into the role of Head of People and Culture at DKO Architecture, where she will lead the development and execution of innovative people strategies that align with the organization’s design-forward culture and global aspirations. In her new role, Hanna will be pivotal in strengthening the talent experience across DKO’s studios, while also advancing organizational development initiatives that reflect the company’s commitment to creativity, inclusion, and human-centric design.
Prior to joining DKO Architecture, Hanna Dwyer served as People and Culture Manager at ID_CORP, where she focused on enhancing employee engagement and aligning people practices with business goals. Her time at ID_CORP enabled her to further deepen her expertise in stakeholder engagement, HR transformation, and strategic leadership.
Before that, she spent nearly a year as Regional Manager People and Culture at Woods Bagot, one of the leading global architecture and consulting practices. In this role, Hanna led cultural initiatives, talent development programs, and people operations across regions, contributing to strategic growth and cross-functional alignment.
Her longest and most formative tenure was at Rothelowman, where she served as Human Resources Manager for close to six years. Here, she led the HR function through various cycles of organizational change, supporting performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Her work played a key role in enhancing workplace culture and developing scalable people frameworks.
Earlier in her career, Hanna held the position of HR Administrator at Trevor Main Property Group for over two years, where she laid the foundation for her career in human resources. She also worked with Aesop as an ED Coordinator for approximately five years, building a strong grounding in operations and people coordination in a design-centric environment. In parallel to her professional roles, she also ran a successful entrepreneurial venture, 4 Little Reasons, for over nine years, offering handcrafted baby and pet products, showcasing her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
