Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2026 — Salesforce has appointed Harneet Ahuja as Account Director, strengthening its enterprise sales leadership as the company continues expanding its AI-powered customer relationship management and digital transformation business.
Harneet joins Salesforce after nearly four years with Darwinbox, where he most recently served as Sales Director. During his tenure, he consistently delivered strong quota performance, drove cloud, AI and data-enabled transformation engagements, achieved a market win rate of around 60% against competitors, and secured several marquee enterprise customers across industries including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, technology, telecom, logistics, and professional services. Earlier, he served as Associate Sales Director, earning recognition through the company’s Infinity Club Award and 100% Achievement Club for outstanding sales performance while managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic accounts.
Prior to Darwinbox, Harneet worked with Pando in Enterprise Sales, where he helped enterprises accelerate supply chain digitization through transportation management and SaaS solutions. He successfully generated significant new business while partnering with leading organizations including General Mills, Dabur, VIP Industries, Cargill, Everest Industries, and Godrej Industries.
Earlier, he spent nearly three years with RIVIGO, progressing from Enterprise Business Manager to Regional Business Manager. During this period, he led enterprise business across the NCR region, managed strategic customer relationships, drove revenue growth, profitability, pricing negotiations, and operational strategy for large corporate accounts.
Before that, Harneet spent approximately three years with IBM, where he served as Strategic Business Manager and Business Manager – Global Technology Services. He led enterprise sales across cloud, managed services, infrastructure, disaster recovery, mobility, and cybersecurity solutions, delivering multi-million-dollar engagements for organizations including Tata Steel, Berger Paints, Apollo Tyres, Dabur, and SpiceJet.
Earlier in his career, Harneet worked with Havells India Ltd. as Assistant Sales Manager and began his professional journey as a System Engineer at Infosys, where he supported enterprise collaboration platforms and IT service management for global clients.
An MBA in Marketing from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Harneet combines strong expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, digital transformation, cloud technologies, AI-enabled business solutions, strategic account management, and consultative selling.
At Salesforce, he will be responsible for driving strategic enterprise engagements, helping customers accelerate digital transformation through AI-powered CRM, data, automation, and cloud technologies.
