In his new role, Harpreet will lead administrative strategy, oversee facility operations, and strengthen the hospital’s regional growth and service excellence.
Prior to joining Sterling Hospitals, Harpreet held several leadership roles at Fortis Healthcare, where he served most recently as General Manager and earlier as Zonal Business Partner – Sales & Marketing. During his tenure, he was instrumental in managing cost structures, driving profitability, and leading international operations. His role involved expanding institutional relationships and driving patient growth from diverse geographies, underscoring his strength in strategic healthcare expansion.
Harpreet’s earlier experience includes impactful leadership at Max Healthcare and Medanta, where he spearheaded institutional sales and collections, successfully building and leading high-performance teams. His efforts significantly improved patient acquisition, service delivery standards, and internal efficiencies, contributing to the growth and brand reputation of both organizations.
He also made notable contributions at Venkateshwar Hospitals and Paras Group of Hospitals, where he was responsible for institutional sales, strategic alliances, and operational transformation. At Rockland Hospitals, he led revenue generation initiatives and oversaw institutional partnerships across multiple units, including government and PSU empanelments.
With a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management, Harpreet has consistently demonstrated excellence in P&L ownership, facility oversight, cross-functional leadership, and partnership development. At Sterling Hospitals, he is expected to further enhance operational effectiveness, patient satisfaction, and strategic hospital outreach.
