Oakland, New Jersey, United States, August 2025 – Harsha Landen has joined IDEX Corporation as Vice President Human Resources, where she now leads HR for the company’s Pneumatics Platform. In this role, Harsha is responsible for enhancing workforce engagement, advancing organizational and talent strategies, and leading a global HR team that supports IDEX’s mission-critical innovations across industries.
Before joining IDEX, Harsha served for nearly five years at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she was Senior HR Director for the PPD Division, focusing on talent acceleration, workforce expansion, organizational design, and acquisition integration. She successfully led HR change strategy for the global Workday implementation during the PPD acquisition and served as Co-Executive Sponsor of the API Business Resource Group, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Previously, Harsha held the role of Regional Human Resources Director at Quest Diagnostics, overseeing HR for a $1.5B region across 4,000+ employees. She played a key role in organizational design and talent assessment to transform lab operations and medical systems across the East Region.
Harsha also spent over eleven years at BD, where she advanced through several HR leadership roles, ultimately serving as Senior HR Director supporting global functions like Quality, Marketing, Legal, Communications, Diabetes Care, and R&D. Her responsibilities spanned regions including EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America, and included strategic workforce planning, talent development, and M&A integration.
