Lagos, Nigeria, October 2024 – Hassan Yusuf Seun has been promoted to the role of Head of Human Resources at Elizade Nigeria Limited, where he will be overseeing the company’s HR strategy and operations. In his new role, Hassan will continue to drive HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment, and succession planning for the organization.
Before stepping into this new position, Hassan served as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Elizade Nigeria Limited for over six years, during which he played a crucial role in building a talent pool, managing performance systems, designing annual training calendars, and overseeing the employee grievance management process. His contributions in revamping HR policies and developing a comprehensive disciplinary structure were key achievements during his tenure.
Prior to Elizade, Hassan worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Honeywell PLC, where he managed vendor relations, performance systems, recruitment, and compensation. His efforts contributed to industrial relations peace and the successful implementation of ISO 9001-2015 standards.
Hassan’s journey began as a Human Resource Officer at VIXA Group, where he honed his skills in recruitment, employee scheduling, and training, contributing to the development of HR policies and organizing site induction programs.
