Boston, Massachusetts ,USA, October 2025 — Heather Lewis Berke has been appointed as Vice President, Brokerage Human Resources – Regional Centers at Fidelity Investments, where she will lead the HR Business Partner team for Fidelity’s Brokerage Client Services group. With a career spanning over three decades at Fidelity, Heather brings deep expertise in human resources, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development across financial services and related industries.
Heather has been part of Fidelity Investments since 1995, most recently serving as Vice President, Human Resources & Diversity & Inclusion for almost 30 years. In this capacity, she provided strategic leadership across multiple business lines, including financial services, asset management, consulting, family office, life insurance, and hospitality, driving impactful HR initiatives that strengthened Fidelity’s workplace culture and talent agenda.
Earlier in her career, Heather gained valuable experience as HR Manager at the World Trade Center Boston & Seaport Hotel, where she was part of the opening team, helping establish HR structures in the hospitality sector. She also worked with UNICCO Service Company (now DTZ Canada Inc.), building foundational skills in HR operations and employee engagement.
Her academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language & Literature from The George Washington University, complemented by a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2021, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and advancing inclusive workplaces.
In her new role, Heather will focus on enabling Fidelity’s brokerage business through strategic HR leadership, supporting regional centers, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to strengthen the financial well-being of its clients.
