United States, December 2025 — Heather Olson has stepped into a new national role as Strategic Client Manager at Steelcase, after about 10 impactful years serving healthcare clients through roles based in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul Area. In this position, she will continue partnering with large healthcare clients—an area she is deeply passionate about—to drive meaningful solutions and create spaces that improve experiences and outcomes.
Reflecting on her transition, Heather shared heartfelt appreciation for her team, Steelcase dealers, and clients for their collaboration and support over the years, noting her excitement to continue making an impact in this next chapter.
Heather Olson has been with Steelcase for over a decade, steadily expanding her leadership scope within the healthcare segment. Before this elevation, she served as Regional Healthcare Manager for roughly eight years in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul Area, after earlier working as Healthcare Strategic Account Manager for about two years—roles that strengthened her expertise in strategic healthcare partnerships and solution-led client engagement.
In parallel with her corporate journey, she has also been a Partner at Superior Fish Guys, Inc. for well over a decade and a Partner at Interlaken Fisheries International, LLC for a similar duration, reflecting a long-standing entrepreneurial dimension to her professional portfolio.
Heather also contributed significantly to the industry community through IIDA Northland, progressing across leadership responsibilities including Vice President of Membership, President Elect, President, and Immediate Past President over multiple years.
Earlier, she served as Market Sales Manager at Kimball Office for about three years, building strong commercial and client-facing experience in workplace solutions.
Her earlier foundation includes design leadership experience with General Office Products, a Design Manager role at Mayhew Inc., and a long tenure with Marco Technologies, where she contributed across office furniture coordination, design supervision, and customer-centric initiatives.
