Florham Park, New Jersey, United States, April 2025 – BASF Corporation has announced that Heather Remley has assumed the role of President and CEO, effective April 1, 2025. In this leadership position, Remley will spearhead operations of BASF Corporation, the largest affiliate of BASF SE, one of the world’s foremost chemical companies.
Heather Remley brings a wealth of global leadership experience, having held senior roles in both the United States and Europe since joining BASF in 2016. Most recently, she served as President of BASF’s Global Engineering Services division, based in Ludwigshafen, Germany. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Petrochemicals, North America, based in Houston, Texas.

A native of Pennsylvania, Remley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from Boston College.
