London, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Helen Seaward has joined Alpha Group, an award-winning FTSE 250 fintech company, as the new Head of Human Resources. In this role, Helen will lead the group’s global people strategy, supporting its high-performance culture and employee ownership mindset across eleven international offices.
Before joining Alpha Group, Helen served as Head of Human Resources at RBG Legal Services Limited (RBG Holdings plc) for nearly four years. She played a pivotal role in the strategic unification of two prominent law firms—Memery Crystal and Rosenblatt—under one entity. Her leadership encompassed harmonizing pay and benefits structures, navigating TUPE transfers, and implementing a new HR and payroll system. She also launched CSR and ED&I initiatives and supported board-level integration during times of organizational change.
Prior to that, Helen spent 14 years at Memery Crystal LLP, where she rose to Head of HR. During her tenure, she designed and introduced hybrid work models, developed new employee engagement strategies, and led the firm through its acquisition by RBG Holdings. She implemented performance management systems, modernized policies, and introduced career development and wellbeing programs, significantly enhancing the firm’s workplace culture and earning multiple Investors in People accreditations.
Earlier in her career, Helen held the role of HR Advisor at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, where she oversaw all HR operations for UK and Paris-based employees, introduced new employee benefits, and led the annual salary review process. She began her HR journey as an HR Administrator at Eversheds, where she played a key role in centralizing HR operations across multiple offices and helped implement a new firmwide HR system.
Helen holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich.
