Boston, USA – Amy Osier has recently stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at PerkinElmer. Bringing over 17 years of extensive experience in human resources, Osier is set to contribute her profound expertise to PerkinElmer’s strategic objectives.
Prior to joining PerkinElmer, Amy Osier served as Vice President of Human Resources at Cytiva, where she focused on bioprocess solutions from October 2022 to April 2024. Her responsibilities included overseeing HR strategies that aligned with the company’s extensive biotechnology portfolio, enhancing operational efficiency and employee engagement across the board.
Before her tenure at Cytiva, Osier was the Vice President of Human Resources and Internal Communications at SCIEX from September 2019 to October 2022. During her three years with SCIEX, she played a crucial role in streamlining internal communications and reinforcing HR frameworks that supported the company’s goals.
Amy’s experience also extends to Danaher Corporation, where she spent nearly five years in several HR roles. Her positions included Director and Vice President of Corporate HR, during which she led numerous initiatives around HR policy and corporate restructuring, including the spin-off of the dental platform.
In earlier stages of her career, Osier worked at Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bowhead Holding Company, and Eagle Support Services Corporation. These roles helped her build a solid foundation in HR management, focusing on improving employee relations, performance management systems, and organizational compliance.
