Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, January 2026 — Helen Snowball has joined Thai Union Group PCL as Chief Human Resources Officer, taking on a pivotal leadership role as the global seafood and sustainability leader accelerates its ambitious growth and transformation agenda.
Helen brings a powerful blend of global HR leadership, business transformation and future-of-work expertise to Thai Union. Prior to this appointment, she served as Chief People Officer at PropertyGuru Group, where she led enterprise-wide people strategy, digital transformation and leadership capability initiatives across Asia.
Before PropertyGuru, Helen spent more than five years at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) in senior regional and global leadership roles. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Asia Pacific, and later Global Head of People Solutions & Experience, she led HR transformation, employee experience, digitalisation and wellbeing strategies for over 45,000 employees across 18 countries, while serving on both the Global HR Leadership Team and the Asia Pacific Executive Board.
Earlier in her career, Helen held senior HR and commercial leadership roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, Kraft Foods Group and Amcor, building deep expertise across FMCG, commercial operations and people transformation across Australia, the UK and Asia Pacific.
At Thai Union, Helen will partner closely with CEO Thiraphong Chansiri, the Group Leadership Team and HR leaders to strengthen talent, leadership capability and future-ready operating systems to support sustainable long-term growth under the Group’s purpose of “Healthy Living, Healthy Oceans.”
