Roswell, Georgia, United States, March 2025 – Debbie Still has joined Phenom as Director, Talent Acquisition – Executive Recruitment, where she will lead the company’s executive hiring strategies, working closely with senior leaders to attract top-tier talent aligned with Phenom’s growth ambitions. In this strategic role, Debbie will focus on enhancing leadership pipelines and delivering world-class candidate experiences across global markets.
Prior to joining Phenom, Debbie served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Talent Acquisition Inc, supporting multiple clients including US Radiology Specialists and Laureate Consultants. Her work focused on executive search, market mapping, and contract recruiting services across healthcare and technology sectors.
Before that, Debbie spent over five years at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where she initially joined as a consultant and was later appointed Talent Acquisition Leader – US. At ICE, she led a team supporting recruitment across legal, HR, finance, technology, and product functions throughout the U.S. and Canada, playing a pivotal role in TA strategy during a major corporate merger.
Her earlier experience includes over two decades as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Talent Acquisition Inc, where she successfully led recruitment initiatives for major companies including AstraZeneca, McKesson, Invesco, WebMD, EarthLink, and Truist. She managed full-cycle recruiting for executive and senior-level roles, mentored recruitment teams, and partnered with hiring executives on long-term TA strategy.
