In his new role, Hemakanth will focus on strengthening operational excellence, customer success, digital transformation, service delivery effectiveness, and accelerated business growth across 1Point1 Solutions’ India delivery ecosystem. His appointment comes as the company continues to expand its capabilities in AI-enabled customer management, business process services, consulting, and technology-led transformation solutions for global clients.
Hemakanth joins 1Point1 Solutions after an impressive 21-year career at Conneqt Business Solutions Limited, where he most recently served as Associate Vice President – Operations. In this leadership position, he managed service delivery for multiple large-scale e-commerce accounts with significant annual contract value, driving operational efficiency, profitability, customer satisfaction, and performance optimization initiatives. His ability to improve operational outcomes while fostering high-performing teams contributed significantly to business growth and client success.
Prior to becoming Associate Vice President, he held a series of progressively senior leadership positions at Conneqt, including Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Team Manager, and Senior Team Leader. Throughout these roles, he developed deep expertise in business operations, client relationship management, governance frameworks, transition management, quality assurance, process optimization, revenue growth, and service delivery excellence.
Over the course of his career, Hemakanth has successfully led large and complex operations, managed high-value client portfolios, driven digital and operational transformation initiatives, and implemented governance models that enhanced productivity, quality, and customer experience. His experience spans strategic planning, P&L management, stakeholder engagement, operational audits, process redesign, workforce management, and continuous improvement programs.
Earlier in his professional journey, he worked with Crux Management Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Support Executive, where he developed foundational expertise in customer support and operational service delivery. He began his career with Hyderabad Heavy Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as a Supervisor, gaining valuable experience in project management, workforce planning, and operational execution.
