Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Hemin Bharucha has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Regional Director – India & Southeast Asia at London & Partners, while continuing to serve as Director – India. This elevation reflects his impactful leadership in building global partnerships, strengthening London’s presence in India, and now extending this influence across the Southeast Asia region.
Hemin has been with London & Partners for over eight years, during which he has played a central role in advancing trade, investment, and cultural collaborations between London and India. His leadership has been instrumental in deepening engagement with businesses, governments, and stakeholders across multiple industries.
Before joining London & Partners, Hemin held senior leadership roles at Scottish Development International, where he served as Interim Country Head and earlier as Director – West & South India, driving investments and sectoral partnerships for Scotland in India.
Earlier in his career, Hemin was Country Manager – Yorkshire Forward at the British High Commission, where he successfully facilitated multi-million-pound joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. He began his professional journey as Partner at Sabtex Limited, where he grew the India operations exponentially, gaining extensive entrepreneurial and business development expertise.
With this expanded role, Hemin will now focus on building stronger partnerships across Southeast Asia, furthering London’s position as a global hub for business, education, innovation, and culture.
