Paris, France, April 2026 — Henrik Krüpper has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Unither Pharmaceuticals, joining the organization at a pivotal stage of its strategic growth journey.
In his new role, Henrik Krüpper will lead Unither Pharmaceuticals’ global business strategy, operational expansion, and innovation roadmap as the company strengthens its leadership in sterile unit-dose contract manufacturing and affordable healthcare solutions worldwide.
Henrik joins the group with extensive global leadership experience and a strong track record across industrial operations, strategic growth, and executive management. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Operating Officer Drug Substances at Siegfried, where he oversaw critical operational functions within the pharmaceutical manufacturing space.
Before Siegfried, Henrik spent over 11 years at HCS Group, including more than four years as Chief Executive Officer, where he was responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and business transformation. During his tenure, he also served as Member of the Management Board, leading sales, marketing, procurement, product development, and technical application functions.
Earlier in his career, Henrik held senior executive positions at Soltecture GmbH, Q-Cells AG, City Solar AG, and Evonik Degussa GmbH, where he developed deep expertise across sales leadership, strategic marketing, business development, manufacturing, and innovation-led transformation.
He also built foundational operational and production leadership experience during his time with Degussa Corporation, where he managed production scale-up, investment projects, and site excellence initiatives focused on profitability and process optimization.
With decades of leadership experience spanning pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, industrial transformation, and strategic business growth, Henrik Krüpper is well-positioned to guide Unither Pharmaceuticals into its next phase of global expansion.
